Role: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Work Set Up: HYBRID at least Once every Two seek Onsite

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute key components of our digital strategy.This role will focus on three core areas:YouTube channel management,off-site SEO,and affiliate program coordination. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and passionate about pets and growing brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• YouTube Channel Management
• Over daily operations of the brand’s youtube channel.
• Schedule and publish video content with optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
• Monitor video performance metrics (views, watch time, CTR, engagement.
• Respond to viewer comments and foster community engagement.
• Support Frontier Pets’ Digital Media & Influencer Marketing Agencies with insights on best performing video content and ensure paid video ads are tracking correctly in GA4 and Shopify.
• Off-site SEO– Execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.
• Manage out reach campaigns for guest posting and back-link acquisition.
• Monitor brand mentions and convert unlinked citations into back-links– Promote content across social media, forums, and syndication platforms.– Trackoff-site SEO performance using tools like Ah-refs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Affiliate Program Management– Strengthen and maintain the brand’s affiliate marketing portal in UpPromote
• Manage affiliate onboarding, approvals, and communications.
• Provide affiliates with promotional assets and campaign updates.
• Monitor affiliate performance and ensure timely commission payouts.
• Identify and recruit new affiliates and influencers.– Maintain compliance with brand guidelines and affiliate policies.

Qualifications

• 3+years of experience in digital marketing, content coordination, or SEO.
• Experience with YouTube Studio, affiliate platforms (e.g.UpPromote, Refersion, ShareASale), and SEO tools.
• Competency using design programs including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skils

• Experience with video editing and content creation
• Strong working knowledge of affiliate and content marketing and building online communities.
• Experience with CRM platforms including Klaviyo & Gorgias
• Experience with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms including Shopif
