The Content Marketing & Web Management Officer will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand exposure and drive engagement across the hospitality and foodservice industry. This role combines creative content creation with technical web management to position the company as a trusted supplier of premium imported food and beverage products to hotels, restaurants, and nationwide chains.


Key Responsibilities


  • Content Marketing
  • Develop and manage compelling content (articles, social media posts, newsletters, product features) to highlight the company’s food and beverage portfolio.
  • Create campaigns that resonate with hotel, restaurant, and chain buyers nationwide.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to produce marketing materials that support business development.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Web Management
  • Oversee the company’s website, ensuring accurate product information, updated promotions, and user-friendly navigation.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve search visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Integrate e-commerce or inquiry features to streamline customer engagement.
  • Ensure website security, functionality, and alignment with brand identity.
  • Brand Exposure & Development
  • Build and maintain a strong online presence across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and agencies to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Support PR initiatives, trade events, and digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.


Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing, Communications, IT, or related course.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or web management.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in web development or CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with technical proficiency in web tools.
