SRE Operations Engineer Must have business operations SRE experience Dedicated SRE with Web3, AWS and Kubernetes experience Engagement: Full-time • Remote (Shenzhen-based preferred) Compensation: 4,000–8,000 USD/month Role Responsibilities: 1. Deploy and operate Kubernetes platform environments, troubleshooting issues across a variety of scenarios 2. Research surrounding Kubernetes ecosystem technologies; introduce new solutions for optimal production rollout to enhance EKS stability, security and usability 3. Facilitate cross-department communication and coordinate implementation of project solutions Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 5 years of work experience and hands-on Kubernetes production experience 2. Familiarity with AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Cloudflare and other cloud platforms 3. In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes clusters, including components, scheduling, deployment, troubleshooting and access control 4. Security-conscious with mastery of basic security best practices 5. Proficient with observability tools for tracing, metrics and logs (e.g. OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana) 6. Experienced with common CI/CD tools such as Argo CD and GitHub Actions 7. Strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility, team-oriented mindset and strong documentation abilities 8. Ability to work independently with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Profile: An SRE focused on business operations, highly experienced with AWS and Kubernetes, especially in high-concurrency environments.
