Description
- Support the Detachment Commander in all aspects of detachment operations.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing detachment missions.
- Oversee the training and development of detachment personnel.
- Manage detachment resources effectively.
- Maintain detailed records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Provide technical and logistical support.
- Collaborate with other detachments and departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Detachment Commander or ADC.
- Possession of CSP and BOSH certificates (minimum requirement).
- Proven analytical and tactical skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
