Description
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions.
- Patrol assigned areas regularly to ensure safety and security.
- Maintain surveillance using CCTV systems and report suspicious activities.
- Assist in emergency situations and provide first aid if necessary.
- Enforce company policies and procedures effectively.
- Document incidents and prepare reports as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a security role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong observational skills, effective communication, conflict resolution, and basic first aid knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Monitor premises, conduct regular patrols, document incidents, and respond to emergencies.
- Working Conditions: Varied hours including nights and weekends, often in outdoor settings.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, alert, physically fit, and possessing a strong sense of integrity.
