JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and develop engineering designs, drawings, and layouts based on project requirements
• Prepare and review technical plans, specifications, and calculations
• Coordinate with production, sales, and other departments to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
• Assist in product development, improvement, and modification
• Ensure all designs comply with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
• Provide technical support and solutions for design-related issues
• Use design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools
• Prepare reports and documentation related to design projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related course)
• Basic knowledge of engineering design principles
• Proficient or familiar with AutoCAD and other design software
• Willing to learn and able to work with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Can start immediately.
