The Delivery Rider is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of parcels or packages to customers. This role ensures excellent customer service, proper handling of items, and adherence to traffic and safety regulations. The rider also plays a key role in representing the company in a professional and courteous manner during every delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver goods, parcels, or food orders to designated locations.
• Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes using GPS or maps.
• Verify delivery information, ensure order accuracy, and obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery.
• Handle goods carefully to prevent loss or damage during transit.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and supervisors.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle (motorcycle) in clean and safe working condition.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Report any delivery issues, delays, or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
• Support the logistics or operations team with other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid motorcycle driver’s license (and other relevant permits as required).
• Proven experience as a delivery rider or similar role preferred.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic laws.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle long riding hours.
• Honest, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
