Role : Data Operations Senior Manager

Company : One of the Well Known Organixzation

Location: BGC, Taguig City (near St. Luke’s BGC / Shangri-La)

Work Setup: Hybrid – 2x onsite per week + 1 full onsite week per quarter

Shift: US Time Zone (starting as early as 9:00 PM PH time)

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years in data management or data analysis

• 3+ years in a leadership role managing data teams

• Proficient in AWS, SQL (advanced), and Python (automation/scripting)

• Strong knowledge in data governance, infrastructure, and process improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field

• Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Background:

• Familiarity with big data and advanced analytics tools

• Industry experience in B2B, lead/demand generation, fintech, IT, or digital marketing

Interview Process:

• At least 2 rounds, conducted during US time zone
