On behalf of Geraci LLP, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Miner to support our lead generation, marketing, and business development initiatives. This role focuses on sourcing, validating, and organizing high-quality data to fuel our outreach and growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Research & Mining
• Source targeted contacts and company information using Apollo.io (preferred), ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Crunchbase.
• Identify decision-makers and relevant organizational structures.
• Data Validation & Quality Assurance
• Verify accuracy of contact details and company metrics (revenue, headcount, industry, etc.).
• Ensure data integrity through cross-checks and consistent formatting.
• Data Management & Organization
• Clean, segment, and organize large datasets using Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivots).
• Remove duplicates and maintain well-documented, structured data files.
• CRM Operations
• Import/export and map data accurately into CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
• Maintain clean CRM records and prepare datasets for outreach campaigns.
• AI & Automation Support
• Use AI tools (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok) to enrich data and accelerate research.
• Assist with automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with marketing, sales, and business development teams to meet specific data requirements and campaign goals.
• Ad Hoc Tasks
• Support additional data-related tasks, research, reporting, or tool setup as needed.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in data mining, data research, data operations, or similar roles.
• Experience with Apollo.io highly preferred; similar tools accepted.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, pivots, segmentation).
• Experience with CRM platforms and data import/export workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• MySQL or similar database knowledge (really nice to have).
• Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
• Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country's equivalent), is required before onboarding.

Working Hours:

Full Time (40 hours per week)

Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time

Pay: $700 + $55 Allowance per month
