- Assist in the creation of Daily, Monthly and Annual Report such as but not limited to Attendance, Stock Balance, Stock Transfer, Productivity Report
- Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording.
- Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
- Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
- Store completed documents in appropriate locations.
- Maintain data reports and apply corrections to template as needed, in a safe and secure database.
- Respond to email correspondences
- At least a Vocational Course
- With 6 months-1 year relevant experience is an advantage.
- Computer Excelled.
