Vendor Risk Management Analyst (Work From Home – Chicago Time)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Vendor Risk Management Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in conducting outreach to vendor's during onboarding and assist with completion of online risk surveys. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track vendor progress and follow up on incomplete or problematic submissions.
• Support client leads by advising on vendor risk issues and coordinating remediation steps.
• Reconcile data between the TPRM platform and the visualization/reporting system/SpendConnect to ensure accuracy.
• Document and escalate vendor risk events in accordance with program protocols.
• Contribute to system setup, testing, and feedback loops for workflow design improvements.
• Participate in shift-based operations, ensuring consistent coverage and timely vendor support.
• Maintain detailed records of vendor interactions and risk assessments.

• Preferably with experience in data management and client onboarding
• Preferably with experience in workflow and process related to risk management and data analysis
• Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, data reconciliation).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently

Work Setup:

• Full-time remote position, aligned with Chicago business hours.
