Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls to resolve user inquiries and process service tickets.
Requirements (Language, Experience, Skills): Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Work Schedule / Shifts: 3-shift rotation (including night shifts), 8-hour shifts; 5 days on, 2 days off with flexible scheduling; may not observe public holidays.
Compensation: Base salary of RMB 1,300 + monthly performance bonus + night shift allowance, guaranteeing total monthly earnings above RMB 1,500; quarterly bonus upon confirmation.
Required: Submission of an employment separation certificate.
