Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls to address user inquiries and process support tickets


Requirements (language, experience, skills, etc.):

Korean (mandatory); proficiency in either English or Chinese

Working Hours / Shift Pattern: Three-shift rotation (including night shifts), 5 days on, 2 days off

Salary Range: USD 1,400 + performance bonus
