Responsibilities:


1. Handle platform users’ inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and products via online chat.

2. Accurately document, track, and resolve user issues, escalating complex cases in a timely manner.

3. Assist with basic procedures such as identity verification and fund deposits/withdrawals.

4. Collect and report common user concerns to help enhance the customer service knowledge base.

5. Adhere to service standards to ensure prompt responses and high user satisfaction.


Qualifications:


1. Passionate about customer service with excellent communication skills and patience.

2. Strong learning ability with a quick grasp of basic cryptocurrency trading concepts.

3. Outstanding communication skills (foreign language proficiency is a plus).

4. Ability to work in shifts and a strong team spirit.

5. Basic understanding of and interest in the blockchain and fintech industries is preferred.

(Note: No strict educational or work experience requirements; comprehensive pre-employment training will be provided.)
