- Must monitor the performance of all sales handlers and identify areas for improvement
- With strong leadership, management skills, and with excellent verbal and written skills
- At least with 6 months to 1 year experience as Assistant Team Lead.
- Must have at least 1 yr overall experience in BPO operations, team lead and coaching.
