Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to phone calls, emails, and chat messages about healthcare services.
• Confirm patient or member details while strictly adhering to HIPAA confidentiality standards
• Record all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Forward complex medical or technical concerns to the appropriate teams.
• Provide clear, empathetic, and compliant information at all times.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (old curriculum), SHS Graduate, Associate Degree holder, or College Undergraduate/Graduate
• Open to applicants with no prior BPO experience
• Must be willing to work ONSITE
