Job Description

Deliver outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat channels.

Address customer concerns, product concerns, and service inquiries efficiently.

Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.

Work closely with team members to ensure quick and effective issue resolution.

Maintain a courteous, professional, and positive tone in all customer interactions.

Job Requirements

Education: High school graduate or equivalent is preferred.

Experience: Open to candidates with 0–2 years of customer service experience.

Core Skills: Strong English communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work well in a team.

Additional Skills: Call center experience is an advantage BUT not required; knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is a plus BUT not required.

Personal Attributes: Able to multitask, approachable, attentive listener, adaptable, and an effective communicator.
