Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Retirement Account (Voice | International)

BGC, Taguig | Onsite

Salary Package: Up to ₱50,000

About the Role:

Join our growing team as a Voice CSR handling an international Retirement Account. You will assist customers with inquiries related to retirement plans, account updates, billing concerns, and financial service support while delivering excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate (old curriculum), Senior High Graduate, or at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
• With Banking, Financial, Billing, or Insurance experience (required)
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig (BGC)
• Willing to work night shift schedule
• Amenable to handle international voice calls
