We are seeking Mobile Support Associates to join our Australian Mobile Support Account. This role focuses on assisting customers with mobile-related concerns, providing technical and account support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Position: Mobile Support Associate – Australian Telco Account
• Education Requirement: At least Senior High School Graduate
• Experience: No prior BPO experience required (open to fresh graduates)
• Schedule: Shifting schedules (may include weekends and holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, chats, or emails from customers regarding mobile services.
• Provide assistance with SIM activation, mobile plans, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
• Guide customers through device setup, network issues, and account-related concerns.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary.
• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Adapt to shifting schedules and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
