Australian Mobile Support Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Australian Mobile Support Account team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or career shifters with no prior BPO experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers with mobile-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate
• No prior BPO experience required – full training provided
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Strong communication skills in English
• Tech-savvy and customer-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats, or emails related to mobile services (billing, technical support, account inquiries).
• Provide step-by-step troubleshooting for mobile devices, apps, and network issues.
• Assist customers with plan upgrades, activations, and account management.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance metrics (quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction).
