Requirements:
- Preferably Filipino who is fluent in Spanish language
- Completed at least 2 years in college or SHS graduate
- Amenable to work in shifting schedule
- Preferably with work experience as a bilingual Spanish
- With Customer Service experience
Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
- Assist and guide customers through company processes and services
- Ensure all interactions follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in resolving customer concerns
