Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls or emails from Sun Life clients regarding insurance and financial products
  • Provide accurate information and efficient resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in client records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction


Job Requirements

  • With at least 6 months of Local or International BPO experience
  • College Level or higher
  • Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Willing to work on a hybrid setup (BGC-based)
  • Can start between October 13–17
