JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Open for undergraduates
- With at least 6 months Customer Service
- With experience in Financial/ Fraud/Telco/Banking is an advantage
- Can start as soon as possible
- Willing to work in Taguig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide help.
- Ensure full resolution of the situation.
- Respond to client complaints, identify root issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, transactions, and questions.
- Additional jobs may be assigned from time to time
