Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information and provide solutions to their issues.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively help customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service and customer satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years in a customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
  • Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
