  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls and emails with care and professionalism.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to address their concerns.

Requirements

  • High School or Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must have at least 6 months of Call Center experience; sales experience in any field is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work onsite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
