- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Assist in training new staff and provide feedback.
- Strive for customer satisfaction and follow up on resolutions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or Senior High School completion required.
- Experience Level: With at least 6 months experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle inquiries effectively.
- Working Conditions: Onsite
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
