Description

  • Assist patients and healthcare providers with inquiries regarding services and coverage.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve issues and complaints effectively while maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Document and track all interactions through the customer management system.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate information is provided to patients.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficiency in English, effective problem-solving abilities, experience in a call center environment
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with potential for remote work; requires flexibility in hours
