Position: Client Support Specialist

Industry: BPO Company

Salary: Php 42,000 - Php 46,000

Location: Clark, Pampanga site or Ayala Avenue, Makati site.

Work Setup: WFH on Day1

Schedule: Night Shift

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in any related field.
  • With at least 3-5 years of experience in administrative, QA calls and invoice processing.
  • Experience using office software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, spreadsheets, databases) is an advantage.
  • Amendable to work either Clark, Pampanga site or Ayala Avenue, Makati site.
  • Amendable to work in night shift.


Job Requirements

  • Conduct quality assurance calls and email follow-ups with clients to confirm service completion, assess customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement; document feedback and escalate issues as needed.
  • Communicate with clients to obtain required work order details and coordinate service scheduling.
  • Source, vet, and onboard vendors in accordance with client requirements; complete, upload, and maintain all documentation in SharePoint.
  • Coordinate with vendors to schedule services, monitor job progress, and ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Request, review, and verify vendor invoices for completed services.
  • Confirm service completion with vendors and escalate service or performance issues to account management.
