Overview

We are a fast-growing dental laboratory looking to add a Customer Service Representative to support our daily clinic communications. This role will work closely under our Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth case coordination, clear communication with dental offices, and exceptional client support.


This position is ideal for someone with prior dental or dental lab experience, excellent spoken and written English, and confidence handling phone and email communication with doctors and clinics.

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Must be available during U.S. business hours


Compensation:

  • Up to $1,000 USD per month, depending on experience
  • Opportunity for growth as the team scales


Growth Opportunity:

This role reports to a Customer Service Manager and offers room for growth as the company expands. High performers may take on additional responsibilities over time.


Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with dental offices in a professional, confident manner
  • Manage email and messaging communication related to case status, shipping, remakes, billing questions, and general support
  • Communicate clearly with doctors regarding
  • Case progress and timelines
  • Missing information (shade, material, scans, RX details)
  • Shipping and delivery coordination
  • Log and track communications accurately in internal systems
  • Escalate complex or urgent issues to the Customer Service Manager
  • Follow established workflows and SOPs to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Maintain a calm, empathetic, and professional tone at all times


Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Dental or dental lab experience is REQUIRED
  • (customer service in a dental clinic or lab environment preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with a clear, neutral accent
  • Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with doctors and staff
  • Comfortable managing multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a manager


Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working remotely
  • Familiarity with dental workflows (crowns, implants, remakes, scans, etc.)
  • Experience using CRM, ticketing, or case management tools
  • Background supporting U.S.-based dental offices
