- Telefon, e-posta ve sohbet gibi çeşitli kanallar aracılığıyla üstün müşteri hizmeti sağlamak.
- Müşterilerin taleplerine, şikayetlerine ve ürün bilgilerine yardımcı olarak memnuniyeti sağlamak.
- Gerekli durumlarda randevu planlamak ve müşterilerle takip sürecini yürütmek.
- Müşteri etkileşimlerini ve çözümlerini Salesforce CRM sistemine kayıt etmek.
- Hizmet sunumunu ve ekip verimliliğini artırmak için ekip üyeleriyle iş birliği yapmak.
Gereksinimler
- Eğitim Koşulları: İlgili alanda lisans derecesi tercih edilir
- Deneyim Seviyesi: Müşteri hizmetleri alanında 0–2 yıl deneyim
- Beceriler ve Yetenekler: İyi düzeyde İngilizce bilgisi
- Beceriler ve Yetenekler: Mükemmel problem çözme yetenekleri
- Özellikler ve Nitelikler: Güçlü iş ahlakı ve ekip çalışmasına yatkınlık
