Online Food Delivery Campaign (Work From Home) and

Online Merchant Support Campaign (Hybrid / Onsite).

Online Food Delivery Campaign (Voice Account | Work From Home)

Handle inbound calls and assist customers with food orders, delivery updates, payments, and account inquiries. You’ll make every order experience smooth, timely, and “ridiculously good.”

Qualifications:

• Atleast 1 year of Customer Service experience (voice or blended)
• Completed at least 2 years in any Bachelor’s or Associate Degree program
• Work From Home setup — must reside within 70 km of TaskUs Batangas site (Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, or Quezon)
• Must have a stable internet connection (35 Mbps minimum) and a quiet workspace

Online Merchant Support Campaign (Voice Account | Hybrid / Onsite)

Support online merchants by providing account, product, and transaction assistance. Help partners resolve concerns, track orders, and ensure positive experiences through effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Atleast 6 months BPO experience
• HS (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate minimum
• Willing to work Hybrid / Onsite at TaskUs Batangas
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
