Position: Customer Service Representative – Voice Accounts

Site: Everise Ortigas, Pasig City

Work Setup: Temporary Work-at-Home (must be willing to report onsite once required)

Salary Package: Up to ₱23,000 per month (based on experience and assessment results)

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist customers through calls, chats, or emails — providing helpful information, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction ends on a positive note.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• No call center experience required for some accounts
• For certain accounts, at least 6 months of international BPO experience is required
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must have a stable internet connection of at least 35 Mbps (with proof required)
• Must provide proof of address
• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City when required
• Must have an active Viber number for coordination

Open to residents of Mandaluyong, Pasig, Taguig, Pateros, Makati, San Juan City, Pasay City, Quezon City (excluding Novaliches and Bulacan), Cainta, Antipolo, San Mateo, Rodriguez, Taytay, Marikina, Angono, Binangonan, Bacoor, Imus, Dasmariñas, San Pedro, Biñan, Sta. Rosa, Calamba, Meycauayan, Marilao, San Jose Del Monte, Plaridel, Hagonoy, Calumpit, San Rafael, Baliwag, Bocaue, Guiguinto, and Doña Remedios.
