Job Description
- Project Overview: Seeking support for effectively handling customer queries in Chinese.
- Objectives: Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries in Chinese.
Scope of Services
- Answering customer queries in Chinese.
- Handling customer inquiries and providing support in Chinese.
- Assisting players with issues related to game navigation, troubleshooting, and other support functions.
- Preference for candidates who can understand both Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
- Availability to work with us from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday only.
