We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our AU Telco team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support for Australian telecommunications clients. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational BPO experience who are eager to grow their career in the telco industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls for AU Telco customers.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and billing inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Document customer interactions with accuracy in the system.
  • Achieve performance metrics including call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Maximum of 2–3 years BPO experience (preferably in a Telco account).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
  • Basic technical knowledge of telecommunications services (mobile, internet, landline) is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
