ROLE OVERVIEW:

• Location: Araneta, Cubao, Quezon City
• Work Setup: Pure Onsite
• Schedule: Shifting Schedule
• Application Process: Onsite or Virtual
• Employment Type: Direct Hire (In-House Company)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Handle customer inquiries related to property insurance policies.
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional assistance to customers.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School/Senior High School Graduate.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• With or without BPO experience (career shifters and fresh starters are welcome!).

SALARY PACKAGE (Based on BPO Experience):

• ₱19,000.00 – 0 to 5 months BPO experience.
• ₱20,250.00 – 6 to 12 months BPO experience.
• ₱22,250.00 – 13 to 23 months BPO experience.
• ₱24,250.00 – 24+ months BPO experience.
