JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Open for Non-Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2-3 years Call Center experience
• Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
• Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
• Amenable to be train on site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by providing customized solutions to meet the needs of commercial banking clients.
• Ensure strict compliance with banking regulations while proactively identifying and addressing current and future client requirements.
• Serve as the primary phone-based point of contact, offering timely support across a wide range of commercial banking products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
• Support additional duties and special projects as assigned.
