A Vietnamese Bilingual Customer Service Representative provides high-quality support to customers in both Vietnamese and English. The role focuses on answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear, courteous, and effective communication. The representative acts as a bridge between Vietnamese-speaking customers and the company while following established service standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist customers in Vietnamese and English via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Process customer requests such as orders, account updates, returns, or refunds
  • Translate or explain information clearly for Vietnamese-speaking customers as needed
  • Record and update customer interactions accurately in company systems
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments
  • Meet customer service performance and quality standards
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
