Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or relevant coursework.
• Experience Level: At least 6 months of TSR experience if not an IT graduate/undergraduate
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Patience and empathy in dealing with customer issues.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
