Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance and provider coordination
  • Verify eligibility, coverage, and benefits.
  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed
  • Document interactions accurately in CRM or EHR systems
  • Relay messages between patients and clinics while maintaining confidentiality


Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience in customer service for college level candidates
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


Work setup: Fully Onsite

Office location: Cubao, Quezon City

Work schedule: Night shift
