We are hiring Collections Associates for our Australian Telco Collections Account based in Eastwood, Quezon City. This entry-level role is open to candidates with no prior BPO experience and is a great opportunity for Senior High School graduates who want to build a career in customer service and financial support.

You will be responsible for assisting Australian telecom customers in managing overdue accounts, arranging payment solutions, and maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers with overdue telecom accounts through phone, email, or chat.
• Provide clear explanations of outstanding balances, billing details, and payment options.
• Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Record customer interactions and agreements accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors or specialized teams when necessary.
• Meet performance targets related to collections, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
• Work on a shifting schedule to align with Australian business hours.
