Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language; strong customer service skills; problem-solving abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills; team player with a strong work ethic; organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment with flexible shifts.
