Requirements

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Higher
• Minimum of 6 months BPO experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite at UP Ayala Technohub
• Comfortable with shifting schedules

Compensation & Perks

• Salary Package: Up to ₱28,000
• Night Differential & Incentives

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their technology needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Upsell and cross-sell tech solutions based on customer requirements
• Provide after-sales support and troubleshooting for tech-related concerns
• Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email professionally
• Meet or exceed daily sales targets and maintain quality service standards
