Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and provide product knowledge as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve services.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of customer service experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language; strong customer service skills; experience in call centre operations is a plus.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; patience and empathy towards customers.
  • Working Conditions: Must be flexible to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
