- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive service experience.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve shift work and occasional overtime.
