- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order issues, and returns.
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in all interactions.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficient in English, scheduling, call center experience, excellent organizational abilities, and a team player attitude.
