- Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers or responses. Provide information about products and services.
- Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments. Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary
Requirements
- At least 2yrs call center exp or 6mos call center telco exp
- At least HS, SHS Graduate or College Undergrad/Graduate
- Can Start ASAP
