Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Senior High School equivalent.
  • Experience Level: 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • College Graduate must have relevant experience in Credit Analysis
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in handling customer inquiries.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage customer calls, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with evening and weekend shifts as needed.
