- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in product knowledge and troubleshooting to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service quality.
- Educational Qualifications: Senior High School equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- College Graduate must have relevant experience in Credit Analysis
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in handling customer inquiries.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage customer calls, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with evening and weekend shifts as needed.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
