Key Responsibilities

• Handle medical-related administrative tasks
• Review and process healthcare data in a non-voice setting
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in handling patient records
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with healthcare standards
• Deliver quality work in alignment with performance metrics and timelines

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Active Philippine RN (PHRN) License (Non-USRN)
• No pending or ongoing NCLEX application
• Good communication skills
• Willing to start immediately

Required Experience

• At least 1 year of direct patient care in a hospital, clinic, school, or company setting
• Must present a valid Certificate of Employment (COE)

 Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: PHP 30,000
• Flex Allowance: PHP 1,000
• Night Differential: 20%
• Start-of-Business (SOB) Bonus: PHP 30,000 (released after 30–45 working days)
