Startek is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This role is open to no BPO experience required, making it perfect for fresh graduates and career shifters who are willing to learn and grow in the BPO industry.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction through phone, chat, or email support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate solutions and information to customers
• Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate when necessary
• Document customer interactions correctly in the system
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate or College level
• No BPO experience required (paid training provided)
• Good communication skills in English
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays
• Willing to start January 2026
