- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh Graduates welcome).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English communication skills.

- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a positive attitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with call center operations is a plus.
